Women in the Wild: Intimate Microdosing Gathering for Women in Seattle
Microdosing can open quiet doors—but meaningful change happens when women feel safe, supported, and deeply seen. Women in the Wild is a thoughtfully curated women microdosing event in Seattle, created for women who want to explore psilocybin microdosing and low-dose experiences with intention, integrity, and community.
Founded by April, creator of SetSet, this gathering was born from more than a decade of supporting women who make unorthodox, courageous choices for their well-being. Since 2015, her work has centered the reality that most psychedelic exploration happens in the wild—outside clinics, beyond trials, and within real, complex lives. Women in the Wild exists to meet that reality with care.
A Grounded Psilocybin Gathering—Held in a Private Seattle Home
Each Women in the Wild experience takes place in April’s carefully designed home on Capitol Hill, in the heart of Seattle. This three-hour gathering welcomes ten women, creating an elegant, intimate container where everyone can relax, soften, and show up fully supported.
In alignment with Seattle’s decriminalization resolution, guests are offered microdose capsules and may choose to take 0–3 capsules, based entirely on personal intention and comfort. There is no pressure—only choice, curiosity, and consent.
A trained facilitator is always present alongside April.

The Three Themes We Explore Together
Every Women in the Wild gathering is guided by three universal themes that shape every chapter of a woman’s life:
• Fear – What is it revealing about where you’ve been and what you’ve survived?
• Faith – Where are you being asked to trust deeper—within or beyond yourself?
• Freedom – What becomes possible when you loosen your grip on the familiar?
Through gentle facilitation, honest dialogue, and deep listening, these themes unfold organically—without forcing insight or performance.

Microdosing FAQ
Psilocybin remains a Schedule I substance under federal law. This workshop offers education and harm-reduction guidance. Attendees are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws.
The effects of microdosing psychedelics are usually subtle and may last for several hours, depending on the substance and dose. Patients may notice mild improvements in mood, focus, and creativity without experiencing the intense hallucinations associated with higher doses.
You should never combine psilocybin with SSRIs or MAOIs without professional guidance. Always consult your prescriber.
Given psilocybin's legal status, obtaining it safely is challenging. Providers should advise patients to seek information from reputable sources and caution them against purchasing products from unverified or illegal markets. Emphasizing harm reduction practices and legal considerations is crucial.
Effective dosages for microdosing vary by substance but generally fall between 1/10th and 1/20th of a typical recreational dose. For example, an effective microdose of psilocybin might be around 0.1 to 0.3 grams of dried mushrooms.
If you experience visuals, nausea, or anxiety, it’s likely too much. Reduce your dose and track your experience.
Goals are future-oriented tasks. Intentions are present-moment energies guiding how you show up daily.
Some feel subtle shifts within a day or two. For others, it builds over weeks. Integration days - or days off from dosing - are often where emotional clarity arises.
